Terms of Service

1. Service description

Check AI Code provides automated code scanning to detect potential issues in AI-generated code. Results are for reference only — they do not constitute professional security auditing or legal advice.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and correctness of the code you deploy. Our scan results may miss issues or produce false positives. Always review code manually before production use.

3. Prohibited use

  • Uploading malicious code intended to harm our infrastructure
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the service at scale
  • Reselling access without written permission

4. Refund Policy

All new monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

  • You receive a full refund of the amount you actually paid.
  • Monthly Pro ($9) → refund $9.
  • Annual Pro ($79) → refund $79.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days but can be canceled at any time to stop future charges / auto-renewal.
  • If you subscribe monthly during the launch period, the $9/month launch price is kept only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the then-current price may apply. Annual Pro is currently $79/year, with a potential future annual price of $149/year.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds do not apply to Team or Enterprise plans. Contact sales for custom terms.

5. Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the lesser of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for damages arising from your reliance on scan results.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days (or immediately upon request).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
